Chick-fil-A operator to present in Dixie State University Entrepreneurial Speaker Series

The Dixie State University Entrepreneurial Speaker Series will host Deven Macdonald, franchised restaurant operator of the St. George location of Chik-fil-A, as he discusses business and culture. Macdonald, who opened Chick-fil-A in St. George on March 28, 2013, will present from noon to 12:50 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 19, in the Dunford Auditorium of the Browning Resource Center on the Dixie State campus. Admission is free and the public is encouraged to attend. “Deven is always an inspiring speaker and brings a wealth of knowledge about leadership based on real-world experiences,” Chris Brown, instructor of entrepreneurship at Dixie State, said. The Entrepreneurial Speaker Series is offered through the Business Department within Dixie Sate’s College of Business & Communication.
