Dixie State University will host an evaluation team from the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) for its seven-year, cyclical, comprehensive accreditation review on October 21 to 23. Due to COVID-19, the visit and interviews will be conducted virtually, using the Zoom online platform. DSU’s last full-scale, accreditation evaluation was in October 2012. The visit resulted in reaffirmation of accreditation.
DSU and the NWCCU invite third-party comments concerning the institution’s qualifications for accreditation. All comments must be in writing and signed. Anonymous or unsigned comments will not be accepted. All comments should be mailed directly to: Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities, 8060 165th Avenue NW, Suite 100, Redmond, WA, 98052. Comments must be received no later than October 20, 2020.
